Redundant farm buildings in Oxfordshire dating from the 1800's were transformed to form offices and workshops in 2017/18.
A semi-industrial look was adopted for the internal M&E. This allowed most of the fit-out to be surface mounted and therefore reducing the intrusion into the existing structure.
The aim was to create high quality accommodation whilst retaining as much of the existing structure as possible. A key element of this was to minimise the visual impact of any changes externally.
Whilst significant restoration was required to the roof structures, most of the principal timbers were able to be retained and create a stunning interior aethetic.
