A 300mm thick highly insulated timber frame forms the main superstructure.
For the foundations, an insulated concrete raft - commonly used in Passivhaus projects - was used incorporating 300mm of insulation.
Green oak was used for the balcony structure. This incorporated stainless steel connections.
